Sick again...and again...and again.

December 29th, 2011 (04:57 pm)

current mood: annoyed

This is getting fucking ridiculous. I've got laryngitis and bronchitis. It's never going to end. I've been sick more times this month then not. I've had strep, sinusitis, conjunctivitis, and a cold. Now this?! THIRD round of antibiotics and THIRD round of steroids although this time in the form of my old friend FloVent. I must remember to wash my mouth out with a rinse agent or else get yeast infection in my mouth. Soooo do NOT WANT. Where is my spacer...oh. Ewwww. Need to wash that. My chest hurts every time I cough. My throat feels raw from all the crap I've been coughing up. And I didn't get any cough syrup with codeine. I hope I don't need it. I have some...it's expired...by two months. Is that still ok? I want to cry. But I can't. It hurts. And I can't because I can't fucking talk.

And to top it all off...I left my groceries in the car over night. Say good bye to $10 worth of meat. JOY. FUCK ME. FUCK ME. And fuck my lungs.

And my dishwasher didn't wash my dishes. Daisy is throwing up all over the place.

But my car got fixed (new break pads and roters, an tyre alignment and an oil change).

I want to scream. But I can't. I want to suck all the crap out of my lungs. But I can't. I'm so frustrated right now.

Writer's Block: Bah Humbug Day!

Take a deep breath. Now rant about something.
You walked into this one LJ. Stop messing around with the layout. It was FINE before. Nothing was wrong with it. Don't be like Facebook and change stuff around every few months. It really upsets me. Like...rage!!!!

What are you allergic to?
Oh, god, nearly everything. Dust, pollen, mold, cats, raw fruits and veggies (Oral Allergy Syndrom - Google it), wheat, gluten, dairy, soy. That's a lot. Oh, Latex give me HIVES OF DOOM! Most chemical cleaners will too. Even if I wear gloves the fumes set me off. Asthma so heavy perfume, cig smoke, fumes from chemicals...you get the picture.

Writer's Block: Play it again, e-reader

June 22nd, 2011 (10:04 am)

Which book do you find yourself regularly rereading, and why?
Why limit to one book? I re-read two series quite often. The Nightrunner Series by Lynn Flewelling and Melusine, et all by Sarah Monette. These books are sometimes more familiar than friends. They comfort me. I love the stories, the characters most of all, and the worlds they come from. And they are just fun to read and I never get bored with them.

In three words, how would you describe Lady Gaga?

current mood: cheerful

OSAMA BIN LADEN IS DEAD!!!!! The US can celebrate the death of such an evil horrid man!

Finally!! President Obama did a great speech! People are gathering and cheering outside of the White House. I wish I could be there! This is a pivotal point in American history.

Writer's Block: No reservations required

If you could go out to dinner with a character from a current TV show, who would you choose, and why?

Richard Castle! Because the stories he'd tell and we'd be able to talk shop about writing! <3

*I am the girl kicked out of her home because I confided in my mother that I am a lesbian.

*I am the person who is afraid of telling his loving Christian parents he loves another male.

*I am the prostitute working the streets because nobody will hire a transsexual woman.

*I am the sister who holds her gay brother tight through the painful, tear-filled nights.

*We are the parents who buried our daughter long before her time.

*I am the man who died alone in the hospital because they would not let my partner of twenty-seven years into the room.

*I am the foster child who wakes up with nightmares of being taken away from the two fathers who are the only loving family I have ever had. I wish they could adopt me.

*I am one of the lucky ones, I guess. I survived the attack that left me in a coma for three weeks, and in another year I will probably be able to walk again.

*I am not one of the lucky ones. I killed myself just weeks before graduating high school. It was simply too much to bear.

*We are the couple who had the realtor hang up on us when she found out we wanted to rent a one-bedroom for two men.

*I am the person who never knows which bathroom I should use if I want to avoid getting the management called on me.

*I am the mother who is not allowed to even visit the children I bore, nursed, and raised. The court says I am an unfit mother because I now live with another woman.

*I am the domestic-violence survivor who found the support system grow suddenly cold and distant when they found out my abusive partner is also a woman.

*I am the domestic-violence survivor who has no support system to turn to because I am male.

*I am the father who has never hugged his son because I grew up afraid to show affection to other men.

*I am the home-economics teacher who always wanted to teach gym until someone told me that only lesbians do that.

*I am the man who died when the paramedics stopped treating me as soon as they realized I was transsexual.

*I am the person who feels guilty because I think I could be a much better person if I did not have to always deal with society hating me.

*I am the man who stopped attending church, not because I don't believe, but because they closed their doors to my kind.

*I am the person who has to hide what this world needs most, love.

Re-post this if you believe homophobia/transphobia is wrong. Please do your part to end it.

If you bash me in any way I will burn you!

Writer's Block: Art imitating life

Which movie would you show to aliens to represent humans and human nature?

District 9. To show them to get away while they still can. Humans are SO not ready to meet aliens no matter how funny we can make alien shows like MIB or the new Simon Pegg movie.
